Job summary

Monex USA Inc. seeks a Senior Demand Generation Manager to build and scale the global demand gen engine, turning awareness into qualified pipeline and revenue. You will lead a global team and collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Regions to drive pipeline growth.

The role reports to the VP of International Marketing and offers a clear path to Director, with opportunities for leadership, strategic impact, and career progression within a growing financial services organization.

Qualifications

6+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
Experience leading global, multi-channel programs.
Proficient with ABM, paid media, partnerships, events, email, and digital marketing.
Experience with experimentation and intent-data platforms.
Experience working with Sales to define lead qualification, routing, and SLAs.
Proficient with AI tools for content generation and data analysis.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, SFMC, Marketo).
Familiar with GA4, ads, attribution and pipeline dashboards.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Monex's global demand generation strategy against targets.
Define and govern MQL/SQL criteria, lead scoring, nurturing, routing, and SLAs.
Build an integrated campaign calendar across paid media, ABM, partnerships, email, SEO/SEM, webinars, events, and content marketing.
