Job summary

Monex is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to lead the global demand generation engine from our Washington, DC office (hybrid after 60 days in-person). Reporting to the VP of International Marketing, you will own the strategy across paid media, ABM, partnerships, events, email, automation, and lead management while guiding a global team to drive pipeline and revenue.

This role offers strong leadership scope, collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing, and a clear path to Director

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing with team leadership.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (ABM, paid media, partnerships, events, email).
• Proven ability to define lead qualification, routing, and SLAs with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Monex's global demand generation strategy.
• Lead global multi-channel campaigns and optimize ROI.
• Manage the demand-gen budget and measure performance.
• Leverage AI tools for content generation and data analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to align on pipeline goals and quality.
