Job summary

Asana is seeking a Head of Global Campaigns to own the global demand generation engine and drive pipeline across enterprise and commercial sectors. You will lead a team of Demand Generation strategists and partner with field, partner, product, and RevOps to own the global number for MQL marketing pipeline.

The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule; in-office on Mon, Tue, Thu, with some Wednesdays and option to work from home on Fridays, depending on work.

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B demand generation experience for enterprise SaaS with global pipeline targets.
• Proven ability to scale a demand generation function during growth, category shift, or repositioning.
• Deep ABM expertise with multi-stakeholder committees and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Asana's global demand generation strategy and pipeline targets.
• Architect integrated multi-channel programs for enterprise segments across buyer committees.
• Lead always-on programs plus bursts for launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Own ABM strategy targeting priority accounts and optimize through paid media.
