Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Demand Analyst to develop and refine rolling 24‑month sales forecasts. You will synthesize data from sales, market trends, product performance, and channel dynamics to inform regional sales plans.

You will lead cross‑functional analytics, manage forecast models, and support IBP processes to optimize inventory and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline or 9 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional level experience.
• Experience in business planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain management, preferably global or multi-regional.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the 24-month rolling forecast and report changes in sales projections.
• Lead monthly cross-functional demand review meetings to align forecasts with plans.
• Generate detailed demand forecasts across levels and horizons to support planning.
• Analyze historical trends, build statistical models, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to inform inventory strategies for products and launches.
• Support IBP processes with reporting and presentation development.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform forecasting.
• Define KPIs for demand planning and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risks/opportunities from demand variability and mitigate with stakeholders.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses to address evolving business needs.
