Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Global Deliver Quality Excellence Director to establish and lead the global Commercial Quality strategy for Deliver Quality Excellence. You will direct governance for transportation, temperature control, distribution quality, and related processes while guiding regional implementations and cross‑functional collaboration.

The role requires a decade of leadership in quality within healthcare, deep knowledge of GDP/ISO standards, and the ability to drive transformations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Scientific, Pharmacy, Business, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Supply Chain / Logistics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Quality, regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, distribution, transportation, temperature control, supply chain, logistics, or regulatory compliance, including experience in regional or global leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading managers or senior professionals, building high‑performing teams, setting strategic direction, and driving execution across global, regional, and local organizations.
• Strong understanding of applicable standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GDP expectations, healthcare distribution regulatory requirements, and evolving global inspection expectations.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the global Commercial Quality strategy, priorities, governance model, and operating principles.
• Lead, develop, and coach Transportation leaders responsible for Deliver Quality Excellence activities.
• Provide strategic direction on the interpretation and implementation of enterprise standards, segment procedures, global SOPs, and evolving regulatory expectations related to Deliver activities.
• Oversee governance for validation/qualification documentation, Quality approvals, transportation solutions, temperature‑controlled systems, carriers, lanes, control towers, and related Deliver processes within global scope.
• Drive global inspection and audit readiness for Deliver and Transportation Quality responsibilities.
