Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical/quantitative field.
- Minimum 15 years in data, analytics & intelligent automation for global processes in a regulated environment.
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
- Experience with cross-functional, global teams and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global digital quality analytics strategy.
- Lead virtual knowledge/project teams automating core Quality & Compliance processes.
- Oversee development of risk evaluation AI tools and reports for senior management.
- Drive analytics integration into Quality Management System and continuous improvement.
