Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of relevant business experience required.
• 8+ years in Supply Chain (Operations), Quality or R&D.
• Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proven knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean or DEX.
• Ability to build strong partnerships and influence across levels.
• Understanding of financials and value drivers in a global business.

Aufgaben

• Enable Quality processes and partner closely with Quality leadership teams.
• Model and decompose processes; document, train, and drive consistency and improvement.
• Manage investment for Quality Systems with Strategy, Operations and Finance.
• Oversee End-to-End and tiered performance management with the IMQ LT.
• Own resiliency across the supply chain and BoD risk content.
