Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director of Quality Digital & Analytics to define and lead a global digital quality data strategy across the Innovative Medicine sector. You will drive data-driven decision making, oversee AI risk tools, and champion analytics that improve QMS processes and compliance.
The role requires 15+ years in data and intelligent automation within regulated global environments and at least 5 years in people management, with strong leadership and cross-functional
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in data, analytics and intelligent automation for global processes and platforms in a regulated environment.
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive digital and quality analytics strategy aligned with enterprise quality objectives.
- Oversee the development of risk evaluation AI tools and dashboards for senior management.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality analytics tools to improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across Quality & Compliance operations.
