Job summary

SOSi is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the AFCAP VI program worldwide for the Air Force, delivering design/construction, services, and logistics solutions. The role coordinates across geographically dispersed locations and interfaces with government customers and SOSi leadership to drive success.

The candidate will oversee multi-location task orders >$2M, manage budgets and schedules, implement risk management, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• 5 years of program management experience within the last 7 years.
• Experience managing multiple task orders >$2M each across dispersed locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex government contracting environment.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for multiple government task orders across locations.
• Interface with government customers and SOSi leadership as primary program contact.
• Lead program execution across Engineering, Force Support, Construction, Services, and Commodities.
• Apply knowledge of appropriations, funding, and acquisition processes.
• Oversee program financial performance, staffing, schedules, deliverables, and commitments.
• Develop program plans, metrics, risk management, and corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve issues while managing risks and priorities.
• Coordinate geographically dispersed teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain relationships with government stakeholders and customers.
• Prepare status updates, reports, and briefings for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, security, and quality requirements.
