Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, secure, and manage resources to achieve program goals across multiple countries.
• Interface with government clients, foreign partners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Travel internationally up to 70% to support program execution and coordination.
