Gen II Fund Services, LLC. seeks a Deal Desk Manager to accelerate the sales cycle by handling RFIs, proposals, pricing analyses, and client communications. You will coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Finance to deliver accurate, compliant materials on time.

The role requires strong project management, writing, and deal-structure skills, with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, 2 remote) across the US. A discretionary bonus is offered within a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in deal desk or sales ops.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Experience with RFIs, proposals, and pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and manage incoming RFIs and questionnaires from clients.
• Draft clear, accurate, persuasive responses and pricing analyses.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Draft, assemble, and finalize proposals and tailored terms.
• Maintain deal timelines and status dashboards for stakeholders.
