Job summary

Amgen seeks a Manager, Patient Data Management to govern patient-level data assets across PSPs, SPs, SOC, and related sources. You will partner with commercial, privacy, and legal teams to ensure compliant data acquisition, integration, and delivery for decision-making and analytics.

The role requires expertise in data definitions, mappings, quality controls, and data lineage, with a focus on scalable, auditable processes and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years in data management, analytics, or healthcare analytics.
• Master's degree with 4+ years in data management or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in data management or analytics.
• Associate's degree with 10+ years in data management or analytics.
• High School Diploma with 12+ years in data management or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Govern governance and day-to-day operations across patient data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize data requirements.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding of patient data sources, definitions, and deployments.
• Review FIAs, file layouts, mappings, and data-transfer requirements.
