Job summary

Amgen seeks a Manager, Patient Data Management to govern patient-level data supporting PSPs, SPs, SOC, and related sources. You will partner with Commercial, Privacy, Compliance, and vendors to ensure compliant data acquisition, integration, and high-quality data delivery for decision-making and analytics.

You will act as a subject matter expert on patient data, defining definitions, mappings, and lineage, while driving data quality, onboarding of feeds, and scalable governance practices.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in data management, analytics, or related field.
• Experience with governance, lineage, and data quality.
• Experience partnering with multi-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Govern patient data governance and day-to-day operations across Amgen brands and PSPs, SPs, SOC, and other sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and implement data source requirements.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding of patient data sources including FIAs and testing.
• Review FIAs, data mappings, and data-transfer requirements for new feeds and migrations.
• Manage external data vendors and partners to meet data quality and SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve patient data quality issues through profiling and reconciliation.
• Develop data specifications, data dictionaries, and lineage for patient-level data assets.
• Provide communication on major data changes and ensure reporting readiness.
