Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital media, advertising technology, data platforms, media operations, data governance or related discipline.
• Deep understanding of how digital media works and why data is used across the ecosystem, including pixels/server-side signals and first-party audiences.
• Experience navigating data governance, privacy, security, technology or AI review processes is preferred.
• Ability to create, interpret and confidently present data flow and architecture diagrams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and stewardship for client Security, Privacy and AI Review processes across 15+ media partners.
• Oversee end-to-end Security, Privacy and AI Risk Assessments for partners and new global media partners.
• Manage data-sharing reviews for Pixel/SSF, mobile app data sharing and first-party audience sharing.
• Collect inputs like data retention policies and cross-border transfer details from partners.
• Collaborate with client Security, Privacy and Technology teams to meet SLAs.
• Create educational materials and reusable diagrams to support discussions.
• Support continent teams with reference materials and practical guidance.
• Keep Global Media and continent teams updated on status, risks, and next steps.
• Operate independently with limited oversight across multiple partner workstreams.
