Job summary

Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Director, Data & Platforms to lead global data governance for a major client. You will supervise Security, Privacy and AI review processes across 15+ media partners, coordinate inputs and deliverables, and ensure compliant data sharing and architectures for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital media, advertising technology, data platforms, media operations or data governance.
• Deep understanding of pixels/server-side signals, first-party audiences, mobile app measurement and data sharing.
• Experience navigating data governance, privacy, security, technology or AI review processes is preferred.
• Ability to create, interpret and confidently present data flow and architecture diagrams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams with deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong client-facing presence and comfort collaborating with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the broader adtech/martech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own governance for Security, Privacy and AI Review processes across 15+ media partners.
• Oversee end-to-end risk assessments for existing and new partners.
• Manage data-sharing reviews including Pixel/SSF, mobile data sharing and first-party audiences.
• Gather inputs like data retention, cross-border transfers, AI governance and safeguards.
• Collaborate with client and partner teams to complete questionnaires on time.
• Develop reusable materials: data flow diagrams, security references and diagrams.
• Create educational materials for Legal, Security, Privacy and Technology stakeholders.
• Support regional teams with reference materials and guidance.
• Provide regular progress updates to Global Media and regional teams.
• Operate independently with strong governance across concurrent reviews.
