Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a senior Data Governance VP Director to lead data governance and the data structure for our client media data within Constellation. You will shape taxonomy, governance and capability development across analytics, strategy, and engineering while aligning with platform teams and client needs.

You will drive cross-team collaboration, establish clear ownership, and implement QA checkpoints for data collection and measurement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience ad/media research and analytics.
• Understanding of statistical best practices for developing testing and reporting.
• Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience working with Data Governance, data structure and development of best practices for data clarity and hygiene.
• Ability to collaborate with both data and non-data centric teams with both client and internal teams.
• Experience with clean rooms and/or publisher analytics environments.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, willing and able to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI and developing agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Governance and take Constellation into the future of data structure and evolution.
• Taxonomy & Data Standards: Own the taxonomy and broader data standards across planning, activation, platforms, reporting and analytics.
• Data Ecosystem Governance: map data flow across the ecosystem and identify gaps.
• Data Strategy & Capability Development: collaborate with multiple teams to design new data capabilities.
• Automation & Process Improvement: simplify or automate governance processes.
• New Technology & AI Governance: guide data governance for AI and Copilot capabilities.
• Operating Model & Accountability: define standards, controls and accountability across teams.
