Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe and based in Plano, TX, seeks a VP Director of Data Governance for the Constellation team. You will lead data governance for client media data and drive governance across multiple teams.

This role emphasizes taxonomy, automation, and AI governance to enable reliable, compliant data use. You will collaborate with Data Strategy, Data Operations, Analytics, Engineering and Ad Tech to evolve the data operating model, establish standards, and ensure accountability

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ad/media research and analytics.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data structures and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience with AI, automation, and data-enabled decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Governance and take Constellation into the future of data structure and evolution.
• Taxonomy & Data Standards: own the taxonomy and standards for planning, activation, platforms, reporting, measurement and analytics.
• Data Ecosystem Governance: ensure data moves smoothly across the ecosystem and identify gaps.
• Data Strategy & Capability Development: partner with Data Strategy, Data Ops, Analytics, Engineering and Ad Tech.
• Automation & Process Improvement: simplify or automate governance processes across teams.
• New Technology & AI Governance: set standards for AI data use and controls.
• Operating Model & Accountability: establish ownership and training for compliance.
