Job summary

FCTG is seeking a Data Handoff & Integration Product Owner to own end-to-end development of financial data handoff and integration across all corporate brands globally. This role sits in the Financial Systems Product Team and aligns data transmission with business needs and partner requirements.

You will collaborate with the Global Payment Product Manager to shape the roadmap, manage BAU operations, and drive improvements in data connectors and transmission methods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a product-led environment.
• Strong understanding of financial data handoff and integration within payments or corporate travel.
• Experience with data connectors, file feeds and financial data transmission methods.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end data handoff and integration product across FCTG's corporate brands globally.
• Manage the data handoff and integration product stream as subject matter expert within the wider payments roadmap, translating strategic direction from the Global Payment Product Manager into deliverable outcomes.
• Balance day-to-day BAU management of existing data handoff and integration processes with driving improvements and new developments.
• Ensure all data transmission methods are well maintained, documented and consistently applied across all markets.
• Own and manage the data handoff and integration product stream roadmap, prioritising initiatives in line with the wider payments strategy.
• Write clear and detailed requirements and user stories for the technology team.
• Manage product delivery with the Global Payment Product Manager, ensuring developments are delivered on time and to the required standard.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements across the data handoff and integration product stream.
