Job summary

Finastra is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of the Global Payments Platform (GPP) for North American banking clients. You will gather requirements, configure solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role you will collaborate with product, development, and client teams to ensure successful outcomes, facilitate workshops, and provide ongoing project support from delivery through client signoff.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing payment processing or banking technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems and banking operations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working directly with financial institutions and banking clients.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Finastra's Global Payments Platform (GPP).
• Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements.
• Configure and customize solutions to meet client needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing and implementation phases.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and interface requirements.
• Collaborate with product, development, and client teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, and stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Support product enhancements by identifying market and client requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex implementation projects.
• Provide project support through delivery, deployment, and client signoff.
