Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead global data teams and shape a scalable data platform powering reporting, analytics, AI, and enterprise data products.

You will champion best practices, drive architecture and roadmap, and collaborate with business and technology leaders across regions to deliver reliable, cost-efficient data solutions using Databricks, dimensional modeling, and modern data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years designing database solutions across on-prem and cloud.
• 5+ years connecting to APIs and data connectivity troubleshooting.
• 3+ years managing people managers or team leads across offices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Firm's global data engineering strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and empower global engineering teams.
• Champion hands-on excellence in Databricks, dimensional modeling, pipelines, and integration.
• Build trusted dimensional models, datasets, and enterprise data products.
• Establish reusable engineering standards for scalability and reliability.
• Optimize platform performance, resilience, and cost.
• Serve as technical authority for architecture and production challenges.
• Orchestrate cross-regional collaboration for global delivery.
• Drive adoption of modern tools, standards, and engineering practices.
• Accelerate data onboarding from diverse sources.
