Qualifications

• 7+ years designing database solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms.
• 5+ years leading people managers or team leads across multiple offices or regions.
• Advanced, working knowledge of SQL, Python, and PySpark for data engineering and automation.
• Experience connecting to APIs and troubleshooting data connectivity issues.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Firm’s global data engineering strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and empower high-performing global engineering teams.
• Build trusted dimensional models, curated datasets, and enterprise data products.
• Establish reusable engineering standards to improve scalability and reliability.
