Bachelor’s degree or above; related majors include Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics.
Strong business literacy; understanding of sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and contract management logic.
Familiar with basic office and supply chain management tools; capable of data sorting, progress tracking, report output, and RFX initiation.

Responsibilities

Implement daily sourcing strategies and operational work; track progress and produce regular summaries/reports.
Support bidding, RFX inquiries, and procurement negotiations for routine and project-based needs; align supplier business docking.
Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management: signing, renewal, revision, and asset transactions.
Coordinate global/regional project quotations; track responses and align with internal teams to close projects.
