Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Supply Chain, Logsitics, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Supplier Support: Assist the team with initial supplier engagement, such as NDA processing, supplier onboarding, and requests for information.
• Support the preparation and organization of critical documents for bidding processes (RFx).
• Contribute to key business operations by maintaining data for operational reports and tracking contract information.
• Help collect and organize site energy consumption data to support the finance operations team.
• Track supplier performance by analyzing data for scorecards and SLA monitoring.
• Support the preparation of key artifacts for supplier business review meetings.
