Competenze

• Work with stakeholders to understand capacity needs and site requirements; support data center market analysis to inform site acquisition strategy.
• Engage and evaluate suppliers; support the site acquisition/procurement process, including due-diligence tasks and documentation.
• Assist in managing the existing lease portfolio, tracking key terms, deadlines, and renewal opportunities.
• Support cross-functional teams in preparing materials for contract negotiations.
• Prepare deal summaries, lease abstracts, and cost analyses for senior review.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and documentation across stakeholders to move deals toward execution.
