Work with stakeholders to understand capacity needs and site requirements; support data center market analysis to inform site acquisition strategy.
Engage and evaluate suppliers; support the site acquisition/procurement process, including due-diligence tasks and documentation.
Assist in managing the existing lease portfolio, tracking key terms, deadlines, and renewal opportunities.
Support cross-functional teams in preparing materials for contract negotiations.
Prepare deal summaries, lease abstracts, and cost analyses for senior review.
Coordinate meeting logistics and documentation across stakeholders to move deals toward execution.
