Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily white-glove delivery and installation services for data center hardware; oversee KPIs and provide guidance.
• Coordinate scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of freight shipments and on-site services; follow SOPs.
• Support vendor relations; ensure adherence to service processes and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide back-up leadership under the Manager, Global Data Center Services; supervise transportation and distribution workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned; comply with all policies and standards.
