Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Repairs Lead to define and manage the end-to-end hardware repair program across its growing data center fleet. You will own repair turnaround, manage RMA and reverse logistics, and ensure spare availability to meet SLAs.

You will lead cross-site repair operations, work with OEMs/ODMs, and drive process improvements based on failure trends, aiming to optimize reliability and serviceability across all sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in data center operations or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience running break-fix programs at large scale across multiple sites.
• Demonstrated track record managing vendors/OEMs/contract workforces to SLA targets.
• Hands-on technical depth in server, network, and rack hardware; capable of auditing repair quality.

Responsibilities

• Define global repair strategy including SLAs, prioritization, escalation, and reporting.
• Own repair turnaround time and backlog across the fleet with telemetry dashboards.
• Develop procedures for triage, break-fix, and return-to-service validation; train site teams.
