Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance and emergency response for global data center infrastructure.
• Escalate risks, coordinate rectification, ensure closed-loop O&M risk management.
• Drive O&M system implementation and unify specifications across data centers.
• Monitor regional O&M metrics, conduct audits and optimize workflows.
• Support capability building for data center platforms incl. data ingestion and alarm management.
