ByteDance is seeking a DC Site Acquisition Manager to drive end-to-end data center deals in the US and LATAM. You will gather market options, secure capacity, and coordinate with legal, tax, and finance teams to support timely investments.

Responsibilities include energy cost analysis, budget optimization, and rightsizing initiatives, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, business, supply chain, finance or related field.
• Proven ability to lead complex data center deals end-to-end.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Portuguese proficiency to engage with Brazil stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate market options and secure data center capacities.
• Provide commercial aircover to the delivery team for timely capacity delivery.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, finance, GR and other teams for investment decisions.
• Support operational-related needs with commercial oversight.
• Conduct energy cost analysis and drive budget optimization.
• Lead rightsizing and optimization initiatives as needed.
