Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data center infrastructure O&M with familiarity in emergency management procedures.
• Effective communication and collaboration with global teams, vendors and partners; ability to respond to faults and emergencies.
• Strong analytical thinking, responsibility, and ability to document workflows and technical documents promptly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance and emergency response for global data center infrastructure; provide remote support and coordinate with on-site managers.
• Escalate major risks, follow up on rectifications, and coordinate internal/external resources for closed-loop O&M risk management.
• Drive implementation and supervision of O&M management systems; unify operational specs across data centers and guide on-site teams.
• Monitor regional O&M metrics, conduct audits, identify risks, and optimize workflows and service quality.
• Support data center platform capabilities, including data ingestion, governance and alarm management.
