Job summary

ByteDance in Ashburn, VA is seeking an experienced Data Center Operations Manager to lead global infrastructure O&M across hyperscale facilities. You will manage end-to-end server fleet operations, coordinate with facility managers and vendors, and ensure reliable, scalable cloud solutions.

You will drive risk management, emergency response, and governance, champion standardization of operations, and build platform capabilities for data ingestion, governance and alarm management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience in data center infrastructure O&M.
• Experience with emergency management procedures.
• Ability to communicate across global teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance and emergency response for global data center infra.
• Escalate and report major risks; coordinate resources for O&M risk closure.
• Drive implementation of O&M management systems and unify data center specs.
• Monitor regional O&M metrics; conduct audits and optimize workflows.
• Support data center platforms, including data governance and alarm management.
