Job summary

ByteDance Ashburn is seeking a Security/Infrastructure professional to lead enterprise access control and video surveillance for our US operations. The role focuses on data center security program delivery, vendor management, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure reliable, compliant security installations.

You will partner with project managers and design teams to align security design with standards, support expansion efforts with site surveys and RFPs, and drive ongoing security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT/Security related fields.
• Lenel OnGuard, Milestone, Genetec certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery of large-scale data center security projects across US and Brazil.
• Coordinate security installation schedules with data center project managers.
• Manage security vendors for access control and video surveillance installations and testing.
• Monitor security infrastructure installation progress with data center providers.
• Review security design standards and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Support business expansion through site surveys, security vendor RFPs, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross‑department teams to align future security architecture and retrofit work.
• Drive security program initiatives including design standards reviews and cost optimization.
