Qualifications

• Some College/Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Sales preferred.
• 2+ years working in a data center environment required.
• 1+ years of supervision required.
• Knowledge with SOP's and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise white-glove delivery and installation of data center hardware; ensure KPIs and service levels.
• Coordinate scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of freight shipments and on-site services.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and industry standards.
• Provide back-up leadership; supervise staff coordinating transportation and distribution workflows.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
