Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Data Center Team Lead to oversee material orders, inventory, and server installations at the datacenter. The role requires hands-on work with racks, cabling, and equipment, plus strong safety and data-driven decision making.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of related experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to cross-train across departments. The position is full-time and based in Sterling, VA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for part numbers and condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts.
• Process return shipments using warehouse management systems.
• Oversee server rack placement and cabling according to diagrams/schematics.
