Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies seeks a pragmatic, strategic leader to build and lead a global Data Center Field Services organization. You will ensure world-class installation, commissioning, warranty, lifecycle service, and aftermarket support for hyperscale customers, shaping the service partner network and field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven+ years of progressive leadership in field service, commissioning, or mission-critical ops.
• Experience leading field service orgs and third-party providers.
• Experience developing scalable operational processes and service delivery models.
• Experience supporting data centers or hyperscale infrastructure.
• Experience with large capital equipment deployments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a scalable Field Services org for installation, commissioning, warranty, and lifecycle work.
• Develop workforce planning and service partner capabilities to support global growth.
• Establish standardized installation, commissioning, warranty, and field service processes.
• Ensure field operations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead warranty response and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality to drive root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Develop technician training and third-party service partner qualifications.
• Establish Field Service KPIs and reporting to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders during deployments.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to improve execution.
• Support expansion of preventive maintenance and aftermarket growth initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
