Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies is seeking a Manager, Field Services to build and lead our global Field Services organization, delivering world-class installation, commissioning, warranty, lifecycle service, and aftermarket support for hyperscale and mission-critical customers.

You will work with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful project execution and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a scalable Field Services organization supporting installation, commissioning, warranty, and lifecycle service activities.
• Develop workforce planning, staffing strategies, and service partner capabilities to support global business growth.
• Establish standardized installation, commissioning, warranty, and field service processes that deliver consistent, high-quality execution.
• Lead warranty response activities and coordinate cross-functional resolution of complex technical issues.
• Develop technician training, certification, and third-party service partner qualification programs.
• Establish field service KPIs and performance reporting to improve productivity, responsiveness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
