Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Deployment Lead for on-site work across U.S. data centers. You will travel nationwide, deploy and document standards, troubleshoot hardware and networks, and train internal teams to ensure high availability and reliability in hybrid data center operations.

The role requires hands-on hardware skills, Linux proficiency, and strong collaboration with engineers and project managers. Travel up to 60% and a competitive compensation package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience assembling and troubleshooting computer hardware.
• Proficient with Linux operating systems and command line.
• Knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical docs.
• Strong cable management and hardware orientation practices.
• Effective communicator collaborating with engineers and PMs.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to data centers to build and deploy sites.
• Implement and document a global data center standard.
• Troubleshoot hardware and networks for uptime.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware/software failures.
• Train internal teams on operations and procedures.
• Conduct on-site QA/QC audits and support projects.
• Develop tools and scripts to update server hardware.
• Maintain test equipment and support ongoing operations.
• Provide follow-up project support as needed.
