Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Tiger Team, Technical Deployment Lead to support data center expansion across the U.S. and Canada.

This 100% onsite role at a West coast data center requires hands-on hardware and network diagnostics, and the ability to travel up to 60% on a rotating basis. You will build and deploy new sites, document standards, troubleshoot hardware, train on-site staff, perform QA/QC audits, and provide global data center support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and assembling computer hardware.
• Proficient with the Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of cable management and hardware orientation.
• Effective communicator who collaborates with network engineers and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Nationwide travel to data centers to build and deploy sites.
• Implement and document a global data center standard.
• Troubleshoot hardware and networks.
• Perform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures.
• Train internal teams and audit on-site QA/QC processes.
• Provide technical support to global data center teams.
• Develop tools/scripts to update server and networking hardware.
• Perform maintenance of test and tools equipment.
