Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Tiger Team, Technical Deployment Lead to support the expansion of our data centers across the U.S. and Canada.

This 100% on-site role at East Coast data centers requires up to 60% travel on a rotational basis to ensure availability and reliability of hybrid data center operations. You will build and deploy sites nationwide, document standards, troubleshoot hardware and networks, train internal teams, and provide global support while working in a fast-paced, hands-on

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and assembling computer hardware.
• Proficient with Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Understanding of cable management practices.
• Strong communication with engineers and project managers.
• Able to travel up to 60% and handle 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to build and deploy data center sites.
• Document and implement global data center standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware and networks.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures.
• Train internal teams on site.
• Conduct on-site QA/QC audits and support global centers.
• Develop tools to update server and network hardware.
• Maintain test equipment and follow up on projects.
