Job summary

Siltt LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to act as an Owner’s Representative for projects in remote, harsh environments. The candidate will oversee design, construction, and program management, coordinating owners, contractors, and stakeholders to meet vision, budget, and timelines.

The role emphasizes environmental considerations, safety, and leadership across diverse teams. Candidates should have 6+ years in CM and a strong track record delivering large-scale projects

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of CM experience in commercial/public construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver on time/budget.

Responsibilities

• Advise Project Owner on all aspects of commercial construction from concept to completion.
• Ensure environmental compliance with regulations and permits throughout the construction process.
• Monitor project schedules, provide early feedback on performance and risk, and support milestones.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to position the project for success.
• Monitor the Contractor’s quality control measures to ensure construction activities meet standards and Owner expectations.
• Serve as a key conduit of information between on-site stakeholders with regular progress updates.
• Observe and influence construction teams, subcontractors, and staff to foster collaboration and safety.
• Consult to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
