Capgemini is seeking an Engagement Manager / Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Data, Analytics, Cloud Data Platform, and AI-enabled transformation programs for Financial Services clients. This highly client-facing role owns delivery outcomes, manages program financials, and leads globally distributed teams.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in IT and 5+ years in consulting, with expertise in data transformations, budgeting, forecasting, and executive communication.

Competenze

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years in consulting or professional services.
• Experience leading Data & Analytics transformation programs.
• Experience managing client-facing engagements valued at $1M-$5M+.
• Experience with SOWs, change orders, scope management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, or Wealth Management experience.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams of 25+ resources.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage complex client engagements valued at $1M-$5M+.
