Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Project Manager to oversee pharma data warehouse components, including data aggregation, mastering, reporting, and analytics. You will manage budgets, schedules, and a global team to deliver high-quality deliverables and maintain client satisfaction.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, experience with patient and claims data, and a background in pharmaceutical consulting. Master’s degree is preferred; PMP/Six Sigma/CSM certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with patient data, claims data, EHR/EMR data, Specialty Pharmacy data, and Specialty Distributor data.
• Experience managing data-related projects.
• Experience leading global teams.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Technical experience with data analysis, reporting, and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, with 5-10 years in pharmaceutical consulting/services.
• PMP, Six Sigma, and/or CSM certifications preferred.
• Experience with data in the specialty pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud and cloud-ready data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage work breakdown structure and convert to a resource-driven project schedule.
• Remove roadblocks around issues and dependencies to keep project on track.
• Lead a global team performing data analysis, aggregation, and reporting services.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule and budgets.
• Manage client expectations and escalate issues for timely resolutions.
• Execute a comprehensive communication plan including status reporting and reviews.
• Oversee day-to-day technical and business project components for high-quality deliverables.
• Align team with Capgemini processes, initiatives, and methodologies.
