You will shape go-to-market for enterprise customers, defend data workloads, and drive growth in a dynamic, multi-region environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of GTM strategy, program management, business development, consulting, or sales operations in tech/digital advertising/enterprise environments.
• Experience designing/executing cross-functional GTM programs.
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end commercial strategy and execution for Data Practice's global program portfolio, focusing on databases, data analytics, and AI workloads.
• Build incentive models and analyze landscapes to craft strategies for migrations.
• Collaborate with sales operations, finance, product, and regional GTM leads to align programs; engage ecosystem partners.
• Translate field friction into system requirements for backlogs with Product and Engineering teams.
• Establish program-level performance frameworks to track pipeline, ROI, and GTM health.
