Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in GTM strategy, program management, business development, management consulting, or sales operations in tech.
• Experience designing, executing, and managing cross-functional programs or GTM initiatives from inception to execution.
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end commercial strategy and execution for the Data Practice’s global program portfolio.
• Build comprehensive incentive models and analyze competitor landscapes to craft strategic commercial counter-strategies.
• Collaborate with sales operations, finance, product, and regional GTM leads to align programs.
• Gather regional feedback and translate field friction into system backlog requirements with Product and Engineering.
• Establish robust program-level performance frameworks to track pipeline, ROI, and GTM health.
