Amazon is seeking a program manager to lead the Data & AI sales plays infrastructure. You will own standards for templates, bills of materials, reporting, and knowledge-base content to keep AWS field teams sharp and current.

You'll partner with product, marketing, sales, and solutions architecture to scale repeatable motions, measure impact, and drive pipeline growth globally. If you enjoy building scalable systems in a fast-moving space, this is the job.

Competenze

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with AI tools.

Mansioni

• Serve as the center of excellence for Data & AI sales plays and set standards for templates, BOMs, and content.
• Own and improve the knowledge base of sales plays, reusable content, and industry use cases.
• Influence cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale repeatable sales plays.
• Manage sales play reporting and track metrics like pipeline generated and revenue realization.
• Help develop industry-focused use cases across financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
• Partner with product, marketing, sales, and partner teams to ensure GTM initiatives land with impact.
• Ensure accurate, current infrastructure of sales acceleration content for human and agentic experiences.
• Drive executive alignment on GTM priorities and investment decisions.
