Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking a Senior Manager for Data Policies & Enablement to drive the formation of the Data Strategy & Governance Office. You will develop enterprise data and AI policies, monitor compliance, and collaborate with risk, data, and tech teams to embed governance into operations.

The role bridges policy and execution, ensuring lifecycle management, privacy, retention, and model decisioning are addressed across the organization. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• Six to ten years of experience in data and AI governance, policy development, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of privacy, security, governance policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience implementing risk and compliance processes at scale in global organizations.
• Familiarity with data and AI governance tools, cloud data platforms, and governance considerations.
• Ability to interpret complex policies and translate into execution.
• Stakeholder management across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global data and AI policies and standards aligned with enterprise maturity.
• Monitor organizational compliance by supporting execution of data risk management practices.
• Align policy requirements with GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, and EU AI Act.
