Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking a Director of Data Management & AI Readiness to define and lead enterprise data capabilities across global domains, driving standardization, governance, and trusted data assets for operations, analytics, and AI initiatives.

The role collaborates with executives, architects, and product teams to establish a scalable operating model, governance structures, and measurable outcomes that advance data maturity and business value across the Deloitte network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of enterprise data management, governance, architecture experience.
• 7+ years leading global teams and transformation initiatives.
• Experience with data governance tools (Informatica, SAP MDG, Collibra, Databricks Unity Catalog).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data management strategy for global data domains.
• Design operating models, governance forums, and accountability frameworks.
• Lead enterprise master data governance across key domains.
• Establish data management practices for reference data and shared dimensions.
• Drive adoption of standardized data management processes across geographies.
