Job summary

Deloitte Global seeks a Director, Data Management & AI Readiness to define strategy, operating model, and delivery of enterprise data capabilities across the Deloitte network.

The role leads cross-domain programs for MDM, metadata, data quality, taxonomy, reference data, and data modeling, partnering with executives and technology teams.

You will build scalable data governance, drive adoption of standards, and enable trusted data for analytics, AI, regulatory compliance, and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Management, Business, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise data management, data governance, data architecture, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years leading global teams and enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven leadership of master data, metadata, data quality, taxonomy, or data governance programs with technical teams.
• Experience with governance tools such as Informatica, SAP MDG, Collibra, Databricks Unity Catalog, etc.
• Experience establishing operating models and governance frameworks across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data management strategy for cross-domain data assets.
• Lead enterprise master data governance programs across key domains (Customer, Vendor, Products, People).
• Design and implement sustainable operating models and governance forums across global sites.
• Champion trusted data as a strategic enterprise asset and drive adoption of standardized processes.
