Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Policies & Enablement to shape the enterprise data strategy and governance across the global Deloitte network.

You will develop and maintain data and AI policies, monitor compliance, and work with data teams, risk, and technology to embed governance into day-to-day operations, including lifecycle management, privacy, retention, and model decisioning.

Qualifications

• Six to ten years in data and AI governance.
• Strong understanding of privacy, security, governance frameworks.
• Experience implementing risk and compliance at scale.
• Ability to translate complex policies into actions.
