Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking a dynamic Head of Global D2C Transformation in San Mateo, CA. Hybrid work model. Lead the global D2C Operations transformation, aligning commercial needs with Operations and driving scalable, end-to-end improvements for PlayStation Direct.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Planning, Finance, Technology, and regional teams to unlock efficiencies and support growth across new markets and product categories.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience in Operations, Transformation, D2C, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of D2C/eCommerce business models, customer expectations, and operational requirements.
• Proven ability to translate commercial strategy into operational plans and delivery programs.
• Strong program leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across functions, regions, and levels of seniority.
• Strong analytical capability with experience turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Commercial awareness and strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the global D2C Operations transformation roadmap.
• Ensure Operations readiness to support PlayStation Direct growth across markets and product categories.
• Develop scalable systems, processes, and governance for D2C initiatives.
• Create insights and prioritize initiatives to support growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate across Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Planning, Finance, Technology to improve end-to-end performance.
• Establish governance, reporting, and metrics to track progress against the growth plan.
