Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Games Monetization to lead the PlayStation Store’s global monetization strategy and team from San Mateo, CA. This role drives publisher-focused monetization, lifecycle optimization and commercial growth across markets.

You will partner with publishers and cross-functional teams to craft pricing, promotions and lifecycle strategies, delivering measurable value for publishers, players and PlayStation.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial leadership within the games industry.
• Deep expertise in digital monetization, pricing and promotions.
• Proven track record with publishers from AAA to indie.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into strategic actions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in global, matrixed orgs.

Responsabilités

• Lead PlayStation Store's global digital monetization organization, building strategy, operating model and capability to maximize publisher content value.
• Direct a global team responsible for publisher monetization and content lifecycle optimization with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Partner with publishers as strategic advisor, maximizing long-term performance through pricing, promotions and lifecycle strategies.
• Develop monetization strategies and programs that deliver mutual value for publishers and PlayStation.
• Drive adoption of Intelligent Pricing and advancement of Targeted Offers across the Store.
• Shape future monetization capabilities leveraging data, automation and AI to improve outcomes.
